100 BLUP by 10 years with Nyx Pack method - by sassyk

Credit to sassyk on Howrse for this BLUP method. I tend to use this BLUP method with sassyk's foal games. Works great!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1 year 6 months, put a Nyx Pack on.
Put to be in pasture if temp above 10 c after foal games, otherwise use box.
1 year 8 months
2hrs box / Groom / carrot / water / Long gallop ride 1h 30 min / salt stone / long gallop ride 3 hours / stroke / turnip / bed .
(I do not feed here, as I use my foal play method of the foal going to bed with 20% energy. So the horse is overweight here.)
1 year 10 months
2 hrs box / Salt Stone / Long Gallop 1 h 30 min / Feed 10 pounds hay, 123 ounces oats / Water / carrot / groom / long gallop 4 h 30 mins / stroke / turnip / bed.
2 yrs to 2 year 4 months
2 hrs box/ salt stone / short trot ride 1 hour / groom/ carrot / water / Feed 10 pounds hay, 123 ounces oats / 3 times short trot rides for 1 hour / stroke/ turnip/ 1 hour star dressage/ bed.
2 years 6 months
2 hrs box/ salt stone / short trot ride 1 hour / groom/ carrot / water / Feed 5 pounds hay, 123 ounces oats / 3 times short trot rides for 1 hour / stroke/ turnip/ 30 mins star speed/ bed.
2 years 8 months to 2 years 10 months
2 hrs box/ salt stone / short trot ride 1 hour / groom/ carrot / water / Feed 10 pounds hay, 123 ounces oats / 3 times short trot rides for 1 hour / stroke/ turnip/ 1 hour star dressage/ bed.
Alternative:
2hrs box/ stone/ 1hr trot/ 5hours box/ groom/ carrot/ water/ feed/ 3Xtrot rides/ 11/2 hr dressage/ stroke/ turnip/ 30 min dressage
3 years
2 hrs box / salt stone /1 hr short trot / groom/ carrot / water / Feed 10 pounds hay, 123 ounces oats / 4 h 30 min long gallop ride/ stroke / turnip / 30 mins star dressage/ bed.
3 years 2 months to 3 years 6 months
2 hrs box / Salt stone/ 1 hr star speed/ groom/ carrot / water / Feed 10 pounds hay, 123 ounces oats / 6 hrs speed/ stroke / turnip / 30 mins star dressage / bed
3 years 8 months
2 hrs box / Salt stone/ 1 hr star speed/ / groom/ carrot / water / Feed 10 pounds hay, 123 ounces oats / 2 h 30 mins speed / 4 hrs star trot / stroke / turnip / 30 mins star dressage / bed.
3 years 10 months
Groom/ carrot / water / 1 hour 30 min star dressage/ Feed 10 pounds hay, 123 ounces oats / 8 hours dressage / stroke / turnip / depending on energy, if 39 do 1 hour 30min dressage, if you have found something and have 40 plus energy, do 2 hours dressage, and if you still have 25 energy another 30 mins dressage.
4 years
2 hrs box / Salt stone/ 1 hour 30 min star dressage/ groom/ carrot / water / Feed 10 pounds hay, 123 ounces oats / dressage 4 hours, (4h 30 mins if you only had 39 energy at end of last day)/ 4 hours star trot, ( 3h 30 mins if only 39 energy at end of last day)/ / stroke / turnip / bed.
4 years 2 months.
( if at any point from here you get a tub of grease, go straight to Show Jump comps. After you have completed SJ, go back and finish what you skipped.)
2 hrs box / Salt Stone / Long Gallop 1 h 30 min / Feed 10 pounds hay, 123 ounces oats / Water / carrot / groom / long gallop 4 h 30 mins / stroke / turnip / bed.
4 years 4 months.
2 hrs box / Salt Stone / Long Gallop 1 h 30 min / Feed 10 pounds hay, 123 ounces oats / Water / carrot / groom / long gallop 2 h 30 mins / 2 hrs 30 mins star trot/ stroke / turnip / bed.
4 years 6 months to 4 years 10 months ( Put made to measure saddle, BH bridle, Yes that’s right and Qahorse shoes on)
2 hrs box / Groom/ carrot / water / apple/ 1 Gallop Comp/ Feed 12.9 pounds hay, 123 ounces oats /Salt Stone/ 3 gallop comps/ 2 lessons / stroke / turnip / bed.
5 years
2 hrs box / Groom/ carrot / water / apple/ 1 Gallop Comp/ Feed 12.9 pounds hay, 123 ounces oats /Salt Stone/ 2 gallop comps/ 1 trot comp/ 2 lessons / stroke / turnip / bed.
5 years 2 months
2 hrs box / Salt Stone / 1 hour star gallop/ Feed 10 pounds hay, 123 ounces oats / Water / carrot / groom/ 7 hrs gallop/ stroke / turnip / bed.
You then continue on with the gallop star training until complete, then do trot comps, as given with gallop comps. Train trot stars same as gallop stars.
Showjumping Comps, do over 3 days.
If you have all items and/or grease, do not do box, or apple.
30 mins box/ Groom/ carrot / water / apple/ 1X SJ comp/ Feed 10 pounds hay, 123 ounces oats / 6 X SJ comps/ 2 lessons / stroke / turnip / bed.
Long hill rides do until no more skills are gained.
Groom/ carrot / water / 1h 30 mins long hill ride/ Feed 10 pounds hay, 123 ounces oats / 3h 30 min long hill ride/stroke / turnip / bed.
Complete star jumping as gallop/trot stars.
Cross Country comps, do over 3 days
If you have all items and/or grease, do not do box, or apple.
30 mins box/ Groom/ carrot / water / apple/ 1 X CC comp/ Feed 10 pounds hay, 123 ounces oats / 5 X CC comps/ lesson/stroke / turnip / bed.
First 2 days,with lessons
water, salt stone, groom, 3 comps, carrot, turnip, 2 comps, 2 lessons, stroke, feed.
3rd day
water, salt stone, 3 comps, carrot, turnip, 2 lessons, then some stamina stars, stroke, feed.
Just be careful that if you do high degree of difficulty cc’s, they use more time, so check you have time to do a lesson before bed. 1 lesson takes 1hr.
Now, go do something else, while you wait for all your comps to run, if you have some not so good horses, or your friends do, you can enter them in your horses comps too, to try and get them to run faster.
If all your comps have run, and you do not quite have your 20 wins, do not despair, as you should have another 2 spare days at least to enter more, if needed.
Finishing stamina stars, only do this when you have your 20 wins.
Groom/ carrot / water / Salt stone/ 1 hr star stamina/ Feed 10 pounds hay, 123 ounces oats / Salt stone/ 6 hrs speed stamina/ stroke / turnip / bed.
Alternative
3 hours in the paddock, 2 lessons, carrot, water, turnip, salt stone, feed remaining forage and 105 grain, 5 hours 30 stamina stars, stroke, box for energy raise if needed, then groom.
Unless you had to go back for more wins, your horse should be complete a few days short of 10yo, so you can do whatever you want up to 9y 10m, I recommend you do 2 lessons a day up till then as well.
